Carbon. Pure substance made from the carbonised coconut shells. Porous charcoal can absorb particles to purify water and remove toxic compounds. Used in cooking as a black food colouring, in recipes such as sauces, ice creams, milkshakes or any other recipes, without adding any flavour.
